My biggest petpeeve - when I do something that annoys or pisses someone off and I don't get told about it. And then, when I keep doing it, thinking it's perfectly all right, they avoid me. After so long, someone else has to come along and explain the whole thing to me.

Trust me, boys and girls, "stop that" is a lot easier for me to hear than "so-and-so has been avoiding you because of...." Use the words early and often and I'll stop bugging you, I promise.
